Parents,
This is a friendly reminder that the Concert Band (7-2 and 8-2 classes combined) have their LGPE performance tomorrow on Monday, March 21st and the 7-1 Band will have their LGPE on Thursday, March 24th.
Please make sure they have their complete concert attire with black dress shoes and black socks for the boys. They should be wearing either their concert tux or concert dress for this performance. They can either wear their attire to school or bring the uniform and store it in their band locker to change into later.
If they have not done so already, please send $10 for their Stevi B’s dinner because we will be stopping and dining there on the way home. This is in addition to the $10 that they paid for dinner during symphonic camp.
the 7-2/8-2 Band is leaving by bus on Monday afternoon during 6th period and will arrive back at Barber approximately 9pm
The 7-1 Band is leaving by bus on Thursday during 5th period and will arrive back at Barber approximately 8pm.
Both performances are at Kell HS and all parents are encouraged to attend. The 7-2/8-2 Band will perform at Kell at 6pm on Monday and the 7-1 Band will perform at Kell at 4:20pm on Thursday. If you are attending the concert and wish to transport your child home, please check out with me first so he or she is accounted for.
